Having studied in Australia, I was fortunate enough to shoot a wedding on the Gold Coast; the beach views, sun-drenched shots, and an unrivalled location sparked the beginning of my love for destination weddings.
Although not something that typically occurs to many couples, UK photographers abroad have a wealth of advantages for you on your big day: no language barrier, meetings beforehand, and a more intimate relationship enable photos of a lifetime.
My experience (from Australia to the Dominic Republic and, more frequently, the gems of Europe) means I can offer you the service you’ve always wanted – and within your budget, too.
Nothing – the quality photography, service, and editing are exactly the same. The only difference to the package is the cost of travel and accommodation – please enquire for more information once you have determined the beautiful spot you intend to tie the knot in.
No – I do this myself and make this as cost-effective as possible. I will always arrive one full day before your ceremony; usually, I’m in your chosen location two days before.
There is no set rule here – but just check with me so I can consult my diary and let you know if I’m available. Most couples tend to book a year before their wedding as a general rule; as soon as you have booked your venue, get in touch!
I’m totally flexible. In fact, an advantage of a destination wedding means you have my undivided attention, and so I can typically work longer hours. I’m also available for any pre- or post- wedding events; just enquire!
Just the same as if you had a UK wedding: typically, within six weeks. You’ll receive your online gallery, something particularly great for a destination wedding because of the occasional guest who might not be able to make it – instead, they get to experience every detail with access to your private gallery.
