HEY, I'M CHARLIE
A Manchester based photographer with professional certification from both the UK and Australia. I have combined 10 years’ experience with a natural-born passion to make what I love my life’s work, be it from my home studio or a destination wedding. From capturing intimate family shoots to fashion photography, my portfolio is creative and unique with heart in every image. My favourite shoots are where I get to capture people’s lives, stories, and special moments; having a relationship with my clients is so important to me.
STYLE & INSPIRATION
My personal style is shaped by timeless storytelling. I love to play with light, and search it out to frame each moment of your wedding. I use backlighting and pockets of light to create dramatic settings, but I also use light to capture the tender moments that you’ll always remember- the ‘Golden Hour’ is always one of the peaks of the day! I find inspiration everywhere, especially in the connections between loved ones.

On the day, I can support you as much or as little as you need: if you want more input, my experience means I can offer direction and guidance, or I can work in an unobtrusive way. I achieve a professional finish with high end equipment, using a selection of lenses to produce clean, crisp images that showcase every moment of your special day. Afterwards, I edit your photos with care and precision, enhancing the beauty of the images taken to give you a high quality gallery you’ll cherish for life.
